We believe in being open and clear about how our work is structured and funded.

Wildflower Futures Limited is the creative home for our wellbeing-focused projects, including books, journals, design work, memberships, and commissioned creative activity. Income from this work supports fair payment, the development of new resources, and the long-term sustainability of our creative practice.

Capture & Calm Walks CIC is a separate Community Interest Company that delivers accessible wellbeing walks, community events, and partnerships. Grant funding, donations, and restricted funds for community delivery are managed only through the CIC and are never mixed with trading income.

The two organisations are separate legal entities with clear roles, governance, and financial boundaries.

Community activities are delivered with appropriate safeguards in place, including risk assessments, safeguarding training, DBS-checked walk leaders, first aid provision, insurance, and relevant training.

Memberships and creative support offered through Wildflower Futures are not charitable donations. They support the ongoing creative and wellbeing work and are clearly accounted for.

Our commitment is to clarity, ethical practice, and responsible use of funds. We are always happy to provide further information to partners or funders if needed.
