"Sustainable Living Romiley has organised community litter picks since 2018 to improve local green spaces and encourage positive environmental behaviour.
We were delighted to collaborate with Sarah when she suggested combining community litter picking with a mindful wellbeing activity. The sessions bring together time in nature, gentle walking and purposeful action to care for our countryside, creating a meaningful boost for wellbeing during busy weeks.
